Private pay
Pay directly, by the hour, for exactly the support you want. No joining fee, no minimum contract and no notice period beyond a fortnight.
Wigan Council Direct Payments
If you've had a Care Act assessment, you can use your Direct Payment with us at the standard PA rate. We provide the invoices and records your council needs.
Personal Budgets & ISFs
We work with Personal Budgets and Individual Service Funds, and liaise with brokers, payroll providers and social workers on your behalf.
Benefits that can help
Attendance Allowance, PIP and Carer's Allowance are often underclaimed. We'll point you to free local advice on checking your entitlement.
What it typically costs
Rates depend on the type of support, the time of day and how often you need us. We confirm your exact hourly rate in writing at your free Meet & Greet, before anything is agreed. There are no evening surcharges hidden in the small print, and weekend and bank holiday rates are always stated up front.
