Heart & Home Services was set up in Orrell for one simple reason: too many people were being offered rushed, impersonal help — or no help at all.
Our story
We started after seeing family and neighbours struggle with the everyday things — hoovering, the weekly shop, keeping on top of the washing — while waiting on lists for support that never quite arrived.
We know the area because we live in it. Orrell Post, Far Moor, Billinge, Winstanley, Pemberton — these are our shops, our parks and our pharmacies. That matters when someone is trusting you with the keys to their home.
Our ethical care approach
We pay our staff properly, we pay travel time, and we don't run 15-minute dash-in-dash-out visits. Rushed staff give rushed support, and nobody deserves that in their own living room.

You'll be introduced to your worker before support starts, and we protect that consistency wherever we can.
